Introducing our fabulous Marketing Director, Bonny Williams!
Let’s get to know Bonny…
I’ve worked in marketing for my entire career – you could say I’m a bit of a marketing geek!
A strategist by nature, I love nothing better than the challenge of helping a business to work out how to turn on the new business tap! I’ve been working with small businesses as a self-employed Marketing Strategist for the past few years but I really missed being part of a team so when the opportunity arose to do what I love, for an award-winning local agency, I didn’t hesitate.
I am a deeply committed volunteer in my local community and love the idea that there will be space in my role at StrategiQ to continue doing the things I’m passionate about. Having been raised on a commune which was also an organic farm, I see myself as just one part of a whole and am closely connected to nature.
What part of your role are you most excited/ passionate about?
I can’t wait to get stuck into StrategiQ’s marketing and utilise the award-winning marketing expertise that we bring to our clients for our own benefit too!

My mission is to authentically use my skills and experience to journey with StrateqiQ as it becomes an internationally recognised, destination agency. I also strive to see StrategiQ receive the recognition it deserves through marketing our services to businesses that are proud to partner with us.
Out of the office, what are your passions?
I love water and swim year-round in the river Stour with the Manningtree Mermaids. I love to talk about all things nature, sustainability, health and of course, marketing! A passionate guardian of our beautiful planet, I am a trustee and active volunteer at a local charity working on environmental and climate issues (PACE Manningtree). I’m a mum of two boys who are my motivation for much of the climate work I do.
