Overview & Strategy
Our client had invested in several marketing activities from SEO to paid media, but an incoherent strategy meant these efforts were not bearing a return on investment.
The goal of our 12-month strategy was to deliver creative paid advertising campaigns that answers; Why Body Talk, Why now? – Feeding the team with valuable leads and prospect’s engagement data. This was supported by a redefined brand proposition, a new website, and an evolving CRM approach.
Following a comprehensive customer mapping session, we have created a seamless journey to purchase for customers, across all touchpoints. We built automated marketing workflows and segmented data for re-engagement purposes – with outstanding results.

On completion of a thorough productisation and brand positioning project, we have developed a brand-led, SEO-optimised website that showcases Body Talk as a premium, reputable and compelling provider in the market; capturing and conveying the unique value proposition and addressing the needs of the core audiences.
Integrating with our paid media accounts, these audience insights enabled our team to launch interesting, engaging campaigns for key roles in Learning & Development, C-Suite, and mid-management. With creative outputs raising awareness of the Body Talk offering and combating known training and communications challenges, copy resonated with audiences to provide record-breaking conversions.
