StrategiQ are delighted to announce July’s MVP, to our Head of SEO, Chris Green.
As the team has grown this year, competition for StrategiQ’s MVP award increases month on month. Everyone is working incredibly hard so picking the winner is very difficult.
MVP (Most Valuable Player) gives everyone in the team the opportunity to recognise a colleague for their contribution to the business over and above their day job. For us it’s a great way to develop a culture that recognises everyone’s efforts and just to say thanks. This month everyone got a vote and it was a split decision between Cassie, Hayley and Chris. This meant our Directors had to make the final decision and whilst very difficult, Chris got the nod!!!
Director, Andy Smith said: “Since Chris joined in April, his work ethic and attitude has been first class. Chris’s communication with clients this month has been exceptional and continues to build on our strong relationships with all clients. Chris is often the first in the office and last to leave which again demonstrates that he cares about our business and customers as much as we do”.
We are delighted with the high quality of work that Chris has produced this month, and are looking forward to seeing more of his organisation and process improvements over the coming months.
