It might have been a short month in the run up to the Christmas break, but it didn’t stop our monthly MVP competition from being as hotly contested as ever!

Once again, most of the team picked up at least one nomination…

Becky’s passion, attention to detail and commitment to ensuring we deliver what we’ve promised was brought into sharp focus once more.

Chris P’s work ethic, enthusiasm and dedication received further praise, as well as the huge strides he’s made in balancing his workload and keeping everything well organised. In fact, Chris manages to pick up a couple of nominations every month, making him Mr Consistent.

Another habitual MVP nominee, Yas, was commended this month for maintaining her usual high standard of work despite several tight deadlines and a hefty workload for print and digital projects, while remaining calm and positive throughout.

Andrew also got a nod for the excellent results he’s achieved for his clients lately and how his enthusiastic, can-do attitude allowed us to adapt to a curveball from Facebook on 23rd December with minimal disruption.

Nick picked up a couple of nominations for the focus and commitment he’s brought to our client strategies. His continual hard graft and approach to sharing his knowledge has been regularly remarked upon since he joined us a few months ago, which shows how seamlessly he’s integrated with the team.

Brand Manager, Rich, ran the eventual winner close with 3 nominations, which mostly centred around his management of the launch of the new PCI Pal website.

But the deserving winner was Chris G with 4 votes. Probably summed up best in this nomination…

Chris is consistently awesome, leading from the front and pushing the team on every day. He’s a pleasure to work with and we’re lucky to have him.”

A very worthy winner indeed. And with a few more people joining the StrategiQ team in January, 2017’s MVP competitions are set to be even more hard fought! Watch this space.
