We’re proud to congratulate the anniversaries of two wonderful members of the StrategiQ family – Amy Coulthard and Levi Williams-Clucas!
Beginning their journey with StrategiQ two years ago, Amy and Levi were thrown in at the deep end and started their first week by taking part in the great 2017 StrategiQ treadmill-a-thon, where we raised over £3,000 in support of national charity, Solving Kids Cancer.
Amy joined the team after working in marketing for over seven years within both in-house and agency-side teams. Amy worked closely with brands like Toyota and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, and played a huge role in developing websites and eCRM strategies for a whole host of brands across specialist industries.
Amy’s role over the last two years has migrated from Senior Marketing Consultant through to Project Management, and now – 2 years on – Amy finds herself very comfortably as Head of Production. Amy’s eye for detail, organisational skills and time management are something to be reckoned with, and her promotion into Head of Production has greatly supported the growth of the development and design teams – further cemented by her double MVP win! Amy is a much-loved member of the team and has become a pillar of support for many members of the StrategiQ family.
Here’s what Amy had to say about her time so far at StrategiQ:
“What a 2 years! I’ve been so lucky to experience working across both marketing and production at StrategiQ, with great clients and an amazing team. I love the focus on proven results for our clients to drive forward their businesses like they were our own. Seeing the difference that we can make, and our influence and impact on client’s businesses is really rewarding.
I’m currently going through the leadership training programme – a bespoke programme that has been created by StrategiQ and a partner, and it’s so valuable to experience actionable learning for my personal growth together with the company. I’m looking forward to the next journey with StrategiQ as we grow across locations, it’s a very exciting time to be part of!”

Levi took the first steps into her marketing career when she joined StrategiQ in 2017. Having done a little bit of everything, from design, content and social media, through to SEO and even little bits of PPC, Levi was rounded and ready to get cracking and find out where her skills laid best.
Levi joined as our Content Outreach and PR Executive and has established herself as a strong personality in the office over the last two years. Having very little experience in her role when she started, Levi has spent her time learning, developing and nursing those skills to get a good balance of SEO and link-building knowledge, alongside PR and media relations. Levi has since earned herself a nomination at the DevelopHER awards, attended more BrightonSEO’s than she can count, and gained confidence in both herself and her skills – and has even been featured in articles from some big names in the industry.
Here’s what Levi had to say about her time at StrategiQ:
“I love working at StrategiQ. Having come from cleaning floors full-time and running people’s Facebook accounts and Google Ads in my spare time, StrategiQ has been a whole new world for me. These years have flown by, and I’ve learned so much about the industry, gained a strong skill set to take me forward as a specialist in the agency, and I’ve grown in confidence – plus I’ve made some amazing friends along the way. I’ve also learned not to put creme eggs in the fridge, and that my colleagues love cake, too…
The environment here has changed so much in those two years, but the ‘give a ship’ culture hasn’t – not only have we doubled in size in that time, but we’ve also become a better version of StrategiQ and I’m excited to see what the next two years bring! Thank you to Chris Green and Andy Smith for believing in me and for giving me the opportunity to become the Marketer I am today.”
