StrategiQ is proud to announce that we have been shortlisted in the Website Single for Travel and Tourism category for our web design and development work for Jacada Travel in the 8th Annual Lovie Awards.

What are the Lovies?

Sponsored by Google, BuzzFeed, WP Engine and other prominent names in the industry, The Lovie Awards, presented by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS), is the most prestigious honour in Europe for excellence across websites, online advertising, internet video, mobile & apps and social.

IADAS, which selects The Lovie Award Winners, is comprised of Internet industry experts including Musician Imogen Heap, Dan Howell (danisnotonfire), Actor/Writer Stephen Fry, Vic Hayes (“Father of Wi-Fi”), Robin Chase (Founder, Buzzcar), Alexander Ljung, Founder & CEO of Soundcloud and Corinne Vigreux (Co-Founder, TomTom). It also includes writers and editors from publications including Wired, The Guardian and The BBC to further highlight its prominence.

Discover The World With Jacada

Since 2007, Jacada Travel, a luxury travel company, has been steadily growing and spreading their footing from their London-based HQ all across the globe. Specialising in tailor-made honeymoons, family trips, safaris and more, the brand is becoming a well-established name in the travel and tourism industry, appearing in well-known publications including Vogue, Bloomberg and The Telegraph.

Following our partnership, which began in 2015, we have been working to help them transform their website through website redesigns, technical SEO and content optimisation to improve the user experience, traffic and conversions.

For the category we entered, the Jacada Travel website we designed was evaluated on:

  • Functionality
  • Interactivity
  • & Overall Experience


With nearly 1,500 entries received this year from over 33 countries, this official shortlist award means that StrategiQ was in the top 17% of companies who submitted websites overall.

As such, it proves that our efforts to create an engaging and effective website for Jacada have paid off. In addition to this, while our implementations have improved usability and site performance, it has also given them a 128.65% increase in organic traffic between September 2017 and September 2018 alone – proving that we are producing results for the client.
