The StrategiQ Framework

At StrategiQ, every strategy we create is guided by a clear, unifying insight that runs through everything we do. The StrategiQ framework is how we design, build, execute and measure strategies for our partners.

It’s a way of thinking that brings clarity, with flex. Never limiting creativity, but focusing our efforts so we can integrate, prioritise and measure the work we do with our clients and partners.

How we deliver New Future Valueâ„¢

Rather than being a rigid process that we follow relentlessly, it’s a dynamic framework built to think, say and act on your business challenges. Thoughtfully designed to unearth new opportunities and turn strategy into action and repeatable growth.

The StrategiQ Framework

And it goes something like this…

1. Strategic Context

OBJECTIVE: Understand your business context, ambition and the relationships that shape the challenge, so our strategy is grounded in real goals, constraints and intent.

We start by understanding your world. Your market, your competitors and your biggest challenges. We don’t just take orders; we challenge your assumptions to build a strong foundation.

Why does your business exist? And who cares?

2 & 3. Brand & Performance Discovery

BRAND OBJECTIVE: Build an insight-led understanding of your brand and category to reveal where belief, relevance and advantage can be won.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVE: Build an insight-led understanding of platforms and data to reveal where performance, scale and speed can be unlocked.

This is where we break down silos. We conduct a deep dive into both your brand’s emotional pull and your performance data. We find out what people think of you (brand) and what they’re doing (performance) so we can connect the dots.

4. Insight

OBJECTIVE: Cut through the noise to find the Orange Thread; an obvious truth, previously unseen, that brings clarity and unlocks strategic direction.

This is where we turn messy data into clear, actionable insights. We identify what’s working, what’s not and what opportunities are waiting to be seized.

5. Core Proposition

OBJECTIVE: Define the one thing we want people to believe, feel and do; so teams can align behind a single, powerful idea to champion.

With a clear picture of your brand, performance and insights, we define your core proposition. This is the heart of our strategy – your unique value in the market. It’s what you stand for, and why customers should care.

6. Programmes

OBJECTIVE: Translate this idea into real-world momentum, through tangible programmes of work, events and activations that drive visibility and impact.

We then build tailored programs to bring your proposition to life. Whether it’s a full brand creation or a focused campaign, every action is designed to solve a specific business problem.

7. Content & Campaigns

OBJECTIVE: Translate the core proposition into compelling campaigns and content, creating powerful, resonant communications that connect across your channels and audiences.

With a solid strategy in place, we create the content and campaigns that get people to feel something. We combine creative genius with data-driven precision to produce work that’s not only brilliant but effective.

8. Audience & Networks

OBJECTIVE: Mobilise the ecosystem, by engaging the right people, in the right way, on the right channels, to scale influence and amplify impact.

Our work isn’t done in a vacuum. We ensure your campaigns and content reach the right people at the right time, across all relevant channels.

9. Measurement

This is the performance and learning phase where we track progress, prove value and adapt. Measuring what matters, then doing more of what works.

OBJECTIVE: Track what matters and learn as we go.

PURPOSE: Adapt and scale success.

We measure everything. We go beyond vanity metrics to prove the real business impact of our work, tying every action back to your initial goals.

The impact

FromTo
Lack of strategic insight or cultural relevance so campaigns miss the mark or feel out of touch.
Alignment, clarity and focus on a single ambition and plan of action.
No full funnel marketing approach.A repeatable process for quick campaign development and execution.
Fragmented accountability with no single owner driving outcomes.Strong cross functional execution with shared ownership across sales, product, ops and marketing.
Lack of transparency and collaboration.Greater efficiency by eliminating false starts, duplication and delays.
Lack of data ownership and inability to report on ROI.Continuous improvement with measurement at every stage.

Pulling the Orange Thread

This framework is our compass. We can flex it – but never compromise. It’s woven into every line of code, every creative brief and every data set. To make sure every decision and every activation is fuelling your ambitions.

Each service line and person in the agency plays a role in our strategy – it’s all connected. This way of thinking guides us to create New Future Valueâ„¢, combining the art of brand storytelling with the science of marketing performance to accelerate your growth.

IT’S ALWAYS STRATEGY. LET’S TALK.

We don’t want briefs.
We want problems.
That’s where the magic happens.
