As another busy month at StrategiQ comes to a close, we spend some time reflecting on the month gone by and, most importantly, decide who is September’s MVP!
This month was, as ever, another difficult choice for everybody – the team are always performing to the highest standards, so it’s a tough competition. There were nominations for almost everybody this month:
“It’s Amy again for me. Great attitude to her work and clients, excellent attention to detail, and no doubt a lot of work going on ‘behind the scenes’. The fact that she does all this with a smile on her face and always remains calm under pressure is proper role model behaviour.”
“I would like to see Rich get MVP this month. His persistence has shown that no matter how tough a project gets, he will always set an example to all team members on how to get through it and do so to the StrategiQ standards. On top of this, Rich always manages to fit in requests from other team members and gives valued feedback across the board. A fantastic role model to have in the office.”
“My nomination is for Levi. Going above and beyond isn’t always just about hours or sacrifices, it is also about attitude. Levi has shown great enthusiasm for everything that is thrown at her and I was particularly impressed with how she embraced Brighton SEO and made sure that the trip was worthwhile and she took plenty away to be working on. That, and some killer links being built, made her the stand out for me.”
“I’m going to go with Andrew with his endless energy. There were a couple of times last month where Andrew stepped up and went the extra mile. There have been a few late ones put in, that people might not have noticed, to help keep the StrategiQ wheels turning.”
Congrats, Chris!
The leaves outside might be brown, but our September MVP is ever-Green (get it?).
Chris stood out for many after preparing for and delivering a fantastic talk at Brighton SEO, all the while keeping on top of his super-busy work and home life schedule, without faltering at all…
“This month my vote for MVP goes to Chris Green. His enthusiasm and dedication to his role, the company and the marketing industry in general goes far beyond the day-to-day job. Demonstrated in September by his talk at Brighton, organising the Brighton trip for the team and the regular blogs that he produces. All whilst managing his daily tasks, as well as his team’s, providing an exceptional level of service to his clients, and maintaining an effective work/life balance. Great work, Chris!”
Congratulations, Chris, we hope you enjoy your duvet day!
