Bridget Parfitt, our Head of Project Management, is this month’s MVP. Voted for by the colleagues who watched her run one of our most demanding accounts while simultaneously overhauling how the whole agency operates.

Every month at StrategiQ, the team votes for the colleague who’s gone the extra mile. The MVP title comes with a duvet day, a lunch on the company card – and, of course, the glory.
This month was Bridget’s turn…
A bit about Bridget
Bridget is our Head of Project Management which means she’s the person responsible for making sure complex, multi-discipline briefs move through the agency without losing anything in the process. The person who keeps the threads connected when everything is moving at once.
This month, Bridget has been doing that across two very different fronts simultaneously.
On one side: one of the biggest, most all-consuming clients we’ve worked with this year. Bridget has led from the front, managing the account, shielding the team where she could and still finding time to coach and mentor the Client Services team around her.
On the other: ClickUp. For over a year, Bridget has been quietly and persistently building the case for retiring our previous agency operations platform in favour of something better suited to how we actually work. Through mastery of the platform, relentless advocacy and clever use of AI to unlock automations and improve accuracy, she’s driven adoption across the whole agency.
Two very significant things. One person. Same month.
What the team had to say
“We are on the verge of changing a significant part of how we run client work through the business and I have been working very closely with Bridget for the last few weeks. It is clear to see how much Bridget genuinely cares about this project.
Bridget is bringing huge amounts of energy and ownership which is going well above and beyond the role description, so 100% deserves to take MVP this month.”
“Energy, passion, breaks the rules but gets s**t done.”
“It was fantastic to see Bridget in full PM mode from a personal point of view. Bridget took my ideas and my problems, created a workflow that is beyond what I had imagined.”
“Even when it’s chaotic and there’s a hundred and one things on the go, she keeps her head down and keeps everyone else on track to get the job done. Thanks for the energy, the ownership and the sheer stubbornness you bring to everything you’re involved in, keep it up but also take a duvet day.”
“What has really stood out to me is her resilience, sheer hard work and the genuine “give a s**t” attitude she brings to everything she does. She cares deeply about getting things right, isn’t afraid to challenge the thinking, and will keep pushing until she finds a way through a problem.
She has also shown great leadership throughout this, bringing people with her and creating a really positive energy around what we’re trying to achieve. Even when things are difficult or there are plenty of moving parts, she keeps going, keeps people focused and somehow manages to make progress feel possible.”
“It’s great to see Bridget in her happy place – problem-solving, challenging the thinking and finding ways to move things forward.”
Well earned, Bridget
The nominations for this month’s MVP kept coming back to the same things: ownership, determination and the willingness to push through when things are hard.
Enjoy the duvet day, Bridget. You’ve absolutely earned it.
