Experienced in human resources, office management, and learning and development, Lucy has a passion for organisation and administrational duties. Completing her CIPD Level 3 in Human Resources at the age of 19, Lucy's aim is to support and help colleagues wherever she can through the provision of seamless office efficiency. Lucy supports the team by managing the day-to-day running of the Ipswich office, greeting our wonderful clients and providing PA support to our CEO and leadership team.
