StrategiQ Wins Best Employer Award
StrategiQ is proud to have been recognised as one of East Anglia’s best employers, picking up two awards at this year’s Best Employer Eastern Region conference.
Sponsored by Pure, ERAS, Birketts and Archant, the Best Employer Eastern Region awards saw nearly 170 employers participate in the survey and application process in order to be awarded either Gold or Platinum Accreditation, as well as a chance to win ‘Best Employer’ in one of these categories:

Considering over 15,000 employees from various companies large and small responded to the Best Employer Survey, we feel extremely honoured to have been acknowledged at the event for both a Gold Accreditation and The Best Digital & Technology Employer award.

The Best Employer Award Process
The application process for the award was comprised of two parts including the Best Employer Eastern Region survey, which we took as part of the Suffolk Business Awards, and our award entry, which was also used to benchmark us against other companies in the region. We were compared to other companies on employee engagement, as well as:

- Reward & Recognition

- Corporate Social Responsibility
- Attraction & Attrition
This win not only means that we excelled in these areas, but it also positions us as the top employer in East Anglia in our sector currently.
