StrategiQ Marketing are delighted to announce that our Creative Director, Hayley Fraser-Webb has been awarded the Eye for Design Award at the DevelopHER Awards in Norwich. Hayley collected the award in a tough category competing with other talented designers and developers from the region.
What are the DevelopHER Awards?
The DevelopHER Awards have been created to raise the profile of women in tech in East Anglia. Recognising the best talents in the region, awards include, the Best Newcomer Award, the Digital Marketer Award, the Unsung Hero Award and the Eye For Design Award (which is sponsored by Google).
Founded by Vickie Allen in 2013, with the aim of bringing together the women in tech in Norwich and now East Anglia, creating role models for others to look to for advice, the award ceremony was held on Wednesday 25th November at the King’s Centre in Norwich.
Recognition for Excellence
Seeing Hayley win this this award was a very proud moment for the StrategiQ team and for us personally as Company Directors. The recognition, knowing that we have the best people developing our brand and working for our clients is symbolic of how far StrategiQ has come.
We always advocate the importance of personal goals within our team, and are committed to helping them realise and achieve these goals. One of Hayley’s key goals for 2015 was to win an award in recognition of her work throughout the year. The Eye For Design DevelopHER award is proof of the commitment that Hayley has made to her own development, and passion for design in all its forms.
Hayley said, “It’s really exciting to have won the Eye for Design award presented by Jon Skeet at Google, and I couldn’t be more proud. To be recognised for my work and years of industry experience, it really is motivating, I love my job and working for such a forward thinking company.
“Having worked in education for a considerable portion of my career, and founded the digital training provider, Digital Training Room, I have made a commitment to creativity throughout my work life, so being involved with this event was a real pleasure.”
