We’re welcoming another wonderful new face to the StrategiQ team today, in the form of Lauren Oliver, Email and CRM specialist to the stars!
Lauren started her email marketing career at sports nutrition brand Bulk Powders almost a decade ago as an apprentice, and worked her way all the way up to CRM Manager for the brand, overseeing email and SMS campaigns across 14 different countries! Lauren’s work focussed on targeting and strategy through automation, segmentation and reporting. Over the years, Lauren has built over 35k email campaigns, 600+ automations and over 2k customer segments, resulting in millions of sent emails and SMS. Now that is Impressive!
Email and CRM is Lauren’s passion, from all-important A/B testing to ensure emails achieve their best, to a more conversational, interactive way of communicating via live polls and automation, Lauren’s the expert!
Outside of email, what does Lauren do?
A woman of great taste, Lauren loves a good bottomless brunch, because nothing is better than midday drinking and breakfast food! But in these ‘uncertain’ times, when a bottomless brunch might not be allowed, her other favourite hobby is walking her dog – she loves a good long stroll around the countryside, taking in the landscapes and enjoying the fresh air that glorious Suffolk has to offer.
Her other favourite things are, in no particular order, Percy Pigs (other pig-shaped sweets are available), chinese food in general, and also The Crown, the Netflix series about the royal family. An eclectic mix, for sure, but a good one at that!
But why did she choose StrategiQ?
“After being at the same company for 7 years, I wanted to try something new, I’ve been following StrategiQ for a while now and after meeting with Nick, I knew StrategiQ was an agency I wanted to be a part of. I can’t wait to get started and develop email marketing strategy for our clients!”
