It’s that time again, we say hello to a new team member! This time joining the StrategiQ fam is Senior Data Analyst Josh Crawford!

Josh started his career in digital marketing after studying Digital Media and Marketing at Canterbury Christ Church University, then moving directly into agency life. The last 5 years have been solely agency-side, both in London and locally, and began as a specialism in email marketing that quickly developed into digital measurement after trying a few different channels. Josh was a founding member in his previous agency’s digital marketing and data team, so he’s had plenty of exposure to the wonderful world of digital marketing and has been involved in projects including PPC, SEO, Emails, web builds and even UX. However, he’s never steered too far away from data – a firm believer in data-driven decision making means his heart has always been in the matrix of numbers and formulas.
Other than the data?
Aside from his love of data, Josh also has a few other lifetime loves. He’s a sports fan, with a particular passion for Football, Boxing and the odd bit of rugby. When he’s not watching the footy, he’s playing it on his PlayStation or tinkering with his chosen team on fantasy football. Football fan, maybe? He also loves a bit of Call of Duty, watching Netflix, and working out at the gym. He’s a chilled holiday type though – often found lazing by the pool in a hot country (when there’s not a global pandemic happening) munching on the all-inclusive food ‘til his heart’s content. Me too, Josh.
Why did you join StrategiQ?
“I have been following StrategiQ for a few years and the growth has been phenomenal, it has always looked a fantastic place to work with great people and even better outputs. When I saw the role appear I immediately drafted an updated CV and applied.
After speaking with Andy and understanding his vision for the future, I was really impressed with where StrategiQ is heading as well as his passion for what we do. At that point I was sold. So I made sure to impress Nick, James and Simon when I met them – and here I am!”
