Another one of our newest recruits into the StrategiQ army is Head of Strategy Dafydd Lewis, who joins us to help shape up the client services team and provide support when it comes to building strategies to really delight our clients.
Let’s find out a little more about Dafydd…
Dafydd has had a few different careers in his time, starting out as a PHP developer in the mid 2000s, followed by specialisms in SEO, paid search, marketing in general and has finally ended up in marketing technology, digital and strategy. Dafydd loves the pace of change and the promise of new technology within digital marketing, as well as the freedom to create and innovate for clients, which is what drew him to StrategiQ.
Dafydd, despite the very welsh sounding name, lived in Australia for ten years, working with some really iconic household brands such as Oracle, Betfair and Bupa, growing his interest in marketing and technology through a variety of roles, before moving back to the UK in 2018 with his family.
What does Dafydd like to do in his spare time?
Dafydd is a fan of some funky sports outside of work, including martial art Muay Thai, and the rather breezy hobby of kitesurfing on the Suffolk coast. However, Dafydd’s two young boys take most of his focus and energy these days – there’s no sport like being a parent!
