His career has taken him across the world to some of the most exacting environments: from actual war zones, to boardrooms full of very confident people with big egos. He thrives on bringing clarity from chaos, cutting through noise, and turning strategy into action.

A former soldier turned business leader, Will believes growth is more than numbers: it’s about building brands people believe in, teams that deliver, and work that matters. Someone once described him as “always out of step, never out of line”, which, in his view, is exactly where progress happens.
