Will Anderson

Will helps businesses and teams grow, ideally with purpose, impact, and minimal corporate nonsense. As Chief Growth Officer at StrategiQ, he’s focused on doing great work with the right organisations, building lasting relationships, and helping the agency and clients thrive.
A former soldier turned business leader, Will’s career has taken him from war zones to boardrooms, always with the same mission: to bring clarity from chaos, connect the dots, and get the best things done right. He’s most comfortable in high-pressure environments that demand a whole-business view, a sharp understanding of context, and a thoughtful response.
Having held senior roles across sectors and continents, Will has created decisive growth strategies in complex, high-growth, and culturally diverse environments. At Featurespace, Will helped implement a smart growth marketing strategy, and helped the wider leadership team develop process, structure, and mindset to deliver operational excellence ahead of VISA’s acquisition. As part of the leadership team at Careem, Will helped deliver the US$3.1 billion acquisition by Uber, and led the refreshed SuperApp positioning strategy. When Partner at the strategic communications firm Brunswick, Will worked with a wide variety of international businesses and organisations on M&A, reputation, and crisis programmes.
The formative years of Will’s life were spent serving as an officer with the British Army leaving at the rank of Major. He has an MBA from Cranfield University and was made an MBE in the 2007 New Year’s Honours List for exemplary leadership.
