Grace has over 10 years’ experience of coordination and project management working within multiple sectors including hospitality, events, a local authority, marketing and EDI.
She made the decision to drop out of Sixth Form when she quickly realised that further education just wasn’t the right path for her. She was told by a teacher that if she left, she would “never be a success”.
Since then, she has been motivated by her own drive and success, proving that teacher wrong at every phase of her career.
What did Grace have to say about her role?
“My most important value, both inside and outside of work, is communication. It’s the simplest solution to many challenges, but is also the most effective. Great communication is vital to build long-term relationships.”

- She’s an avid gig-goer, and ex-emo kid (she still is, at heart)
- She’s a Crohn’s warrior, having been diagnosed with the chronic disease in 2017.
Grace is in the process of moving into her new home – starting a new job and moving at the same time has been quite the start to 2023!
