Serving more than 25,000 global brands, including IKEA, Patagonia and GoPro, Yotpo is at its heart, a Review and customer Loyalty platform, although had latterly expanded into SMS and Email to enable brands to have an easier to manage connected retention stack. Today their Founder CEO, Tomer Tagrin, has reached out to partners to provide an update on their products and services.
The changing landscape and influence of AI, has prompted Yotpo to prepare for the way ahead, taking the decision to focus on leading the way with their Review and Loyalty offering, preferring to partner with Email and SMS platforms, providing stronger integrations, to give customers the flexibility and performance they need.
Yotpo are really embracing AI at scale, from managing basic support requests, to marketing campaigns and generating new code. Their host of AI-powered products, include:
- Automated review summaries to improve conversion rates
- Smart sorting tools and translation support for over 50 languagesÂ
- Review Atlas, their review analytics engine
- a new Loyalty Tiers system (currently in beta), andÂ
- Full adaptation of customer reviews for use in LLMs.
