We’ve already rolled out support for a number of clients, and the results of the partnership are promising – especially to those with ecommerce channels. We’ve implemented better client management, and a sophisticated welcome flow with over 600 nodes for one client. This means the welcome journey is ultra-personalised for the user. The best thing about the workflow is that we’re able to use workflows, meetings and emails in one flow to send automated emails from CRMs after an enquiry is submitted without the CRM being involved until the user books a meeting.

For another client we have leveraged the partnership to create a significant reduction of workflows, a contact data purge and a full property review.
