While she’s not got experience in the industry… yet, Lauren’s passion for marketing is already shining through as she has hit the ground running here at StrategiQ. Having recently completed her degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications at DeMontfort University… achieving a 1st we might add… Lauren is ready to take the marketing world by storm in her first agency role and apply everything she’s learned in the last few years.
What does Lauren do when she’s not learning how to be an awesome marketer?
Lauren is a simple gal – and one after my own heart – she loves good food (some good Grubb, if you will) and good gin! One of her favourite things to do is go to dinner with her family, friends and boyfriend, testing out the latest new cuisines. Lauren’s favourite gin currently stands at Gordon’s Classic Pink Gin, but she enjoys sampling the options in search of her next favourite flavour.
Lauren’s other pass-times revolve around enjoying time exercising, going for runs and walking her pet dog Monty to enjoy the Great Outdoors. As a big Disney fan, she also loves a visit to Disneyland to be thrown around on the rollercoasters and eat mickey mouse ear-shaped churros to decompress. That one’s a bit less my vibe…
But why did Lauren join StrategiQ?
“I knew instantly that I would love to be a part of the team at StrategiQ through the culture and personality that they showed through their social media. I was really excited when a junior role for a marketing executive was released, as it was perfect as I had just left university. It gives me the opportunity to learn more and better my skills in multiple areas, as well as be part of a talented team.”
