Congratulations…. Dan!
“Thank you to everyone who voted. It genuinely means a lot. There’s a lot of change and progress happening across the business at the moment, and it’s been brilliant to see so many people stepping up and leaning into it. My role is really just to help create the environment where great people can do their best work. I’m really proud to be part of this team and excited about what we’re building together.” – Daniel Henderson, StrategiQ COO
Round-the-clock meetings, relentless problem-busting, genuine care and hard work goes a long way. Dan’s always on hand to help, despite his packed schedule. And his mega February shift saw him crowned StrategiQ’s most valuable player.
Every month, we vote for the colleague who’s gone above and beyond. The MVP title comes with a duvet day, a lunch on the company card – and, of course, the glory.
Striker, coach and key player
Dan’s patience, consistency and resilience shone in February. He’s known for not always taking the easy route, but for finding the right one – and that leads to real differences in how our business moves.
Here’s why the team chose Dan for MVP:
- “No matter how busy he is, he shows up prepared, thoughtful and fully invested.”
- “He cares about the impact of the work we implement across the business – continually improving processes (never settling for what may have worked ok previously), challenging estimates to drive stronger bottom-line performance and cost efficiencies and positioning clear, confident scopes of work for both our clients and our teams.”
- “Always constructive, honest and willing to step in and have your back when it’s needed.”
- “His pragmatic approach to the curve balls and daily challenges is to be admired. Despite the workload and current challenges, Daniel keeps a calm head at all times and always has time for the team whenever support is needed.”
- “Incredible amount of tenacity to make this company better day by day.”

Leading us to long-term glory, while plate-spinning and juggling curveballs
Dan listens first, then puts a plan into action. He was praised for remaining calm and doing more than just ‘carry on’, even when faced with change and moving parts. And while a lot of what Dan does is behind the scenes, his inputs matter. Because of him, we can move at pace – and sustain it.
A huge thank you, Dan. You deserve that rest – and the MVP title.
Could you be our winner next month?
We’re always looking for new joiners who can think strategically and love a challenge. Check out our current career opportunities – could there be a role for you?
