It’s been quite a learning curve, moving from in-house to agency. Where previously work progressed steadily, StrategiQ is another story! Whilst technically a lot of what I do is similar, the satisfaction level has increased immensely. I have some really big clients with growing budgets. I really feel like I’m on an exponential growth curve to another level of expertise, and that’s really exciting. That stretch gives my job a new level of enjoyment and keeps it from becoming stale. I’m realising what I can accomplish, reaching new levels and really enjoying embracing the step up!
I love my portfolio of longstanding pillar client accounts and I’m really proud of the paid media work we’re doing and the results we’re getting. I’m also really excited at the opportunities to create value for a variety of new clients partnering with us. I’m currently working on introducing programmatic and redesigning paid search for a Dubai based company which is an exciting challenge and inspires a more creative approach!
Everybody says it, but I genuinely love the people, they’re all easy to get on with and really supportive. The true enjoyment of a job for me, is the people you work with. When you enjoy your colleagues, it almost doesn’t matter what you’re doing! I’m thrilled to have that at StrategiQ.
