This month we’re celebrating our first MVP of the year, Lucy Taylor!
From supporting our people and clients to keeping the office running seamlessly day in, day out, Lucy’s impact is felt across the entire business. And while much of what she does happens behind the scenes, the difference it makes is unmistakable.
Every month at StrategiQ, the team votes for the colleague who’s gone above and beyond. The MVP title comes with a duvet day, a lunch on the company card – and, of course, the glory.
For January, the crown went to Lucy Taylor, People Operations Assistant, in recognition of the calm, consistency and care she brings to everything she touches.

First impressions matter and Lucy sets the standard
Over the past few months, Lucy has played a pivotal role in welcoming a wave of new starters into the business. From onboarding and recruitment to office moves, events and day-to-day operations, she’s kept everything running smoothly – often without anyone noticing just how much is going on.
That’s exactly the point.

Having completed her CIPD and gaining experience across HR, office management and learning & development, Lucy embodies what MVP is really about.
