TraditionData provides high-quality financial market data that reflects real price interest in global OTC swaps markets, covering FX & Money Markets, Interest Rate Derivatives, Credit & Fixed Income, and Energy & Commodities. With data direct from Compagnie Financière Tradition – one of the world’s largest Inter-Dealer Brokers – their extensive product suite and global coverage allow them to tailor data packages to meet the individual business needs of their clients.
Upon internal reflection, the team approached StrategiQ to reposition themselves within the market; their unique offering, competitive edge and strong sales pipeline were beginning to deteriorate and their website was not fit for purpose or reflective of the entrepreneurial spirit and ambitious trajectory of the business. The creative challenge was clear: elevate TraditionData as a cutting-edge force in the financial data space while staying connected to the heritage and global reputation of the Tradition Group.
StrategiQ introduced a bold new visual identity, centred around neon green – a symbol of clarity and confidence – juxtaposed with deep navy, representing TraditionData’s stability and strength in financial markets. Although the logo remained unchanged, we made subtle yet impactful adjustments to reflect innovation, such as introducing a ‘data byte’ visual code into the design. This modernised brand image was supported by a confident, concise tone of voice, tailored to resonate with time-poor professionals, and decomplexified complex services.
Another key focus was TraditionData’s website, which had been failing to generate the desired traffic and leads. Our approach began with an in-depth customer experience audit, which mapped how and why customers engaged with each webpage. Touchpoints were integrated, their SalesForce CRM was integrated and a transformation of their infrastructure was completed as a result of our discovery.
Using these new insights, we then developed a brand-led, SEO-optimised website that harnesses modern development practices to drastically improve technical performance. The WordPress site now delivers a better user experience with simple and logical navigation throughout the site and provides an easy-to-use, flexible CMS system that can be managed by the in-house marketing team. In addition, we also completed a GA4 Migration to ensure we continue to optimise the site based on accurate data tracking each customer’s journey.
Our comprehensive SEO audit not only benchmarked performance against competitors but also revealed gaps and opportunities in brand visibility. By addressing content gaps and refining technical aspects, the website quickly achieved improved search rankings. Meanwhile, paid media campaigns amplified brand awareness, ensuring TraditionData effectively reached its target audience.
