Jumptech
The leading Electrification Installation Platform for a net-zero tomorrow
Problem
Jumptech identified a gap in the market where the service of installing and maintaining electrical chargepoints, (commercial and domestic) was disjointed and inefficient. The solution was to create a SaaS platform to enable this service to be ordered and delivered in a seamless and efficient way.
To support its growth strategy, Jumptech had devised a fresh new brand which needed to be reflected in a new website that would demonstrate not only the great work they’ve done, but also the trajectory of the company to their target markets.
Solution
StrategiQ applied their SEO expertise to create a technical website and web experience that not only represented the brand well to their existing markets in the UK and Germany, but also supported their growth plans into the US and further into Europe. The results were an evolutionary leap in terms of engagement and web traffic, which provided a firm foundation for the rollout of their wider strategic business plan.
A year later, incentivised by government schemes, the EV market was seeing rapid expansion. Perfectly positioned to capitalise on this, Jumptech had validated a need for a white label platform that would integrate with their existing technology. Car dealers could brand their instance and use it to enable new owners to select, arrange and pay (via a range of options) for the installation of a charging point.
This tool was primed to save valuable administration time and improve the customer experience in a number of ways. It took care of pre-qualification criteria such as whether the address was suitable for installation (checking ownership and availability of off road parking) and on this basis would then book the most local fitter from the network of engineers registered on the Jumptech management tool.
Our development of the platform has empowered Jumptech to extend the reach of their technology and their brand, supporting their ambitious growth strategy into the next phase of their development.

As you might imagine, the project involved a wide array of stakeholders. All of whom were engaged in an initial workshop to provide clarity around requirements from different perspectives. The workshop informed the wireframes and structure upon which design and user experience could be developed. Then weekly iterative calls empowered Stakeholders to input into the agile iteration of the User Interface (UI), where new functionality was added in response to feedback.
Behind the scenes, we were building the technology to enable the mobile-first site. This was based on a WordPress web app using PHP. To enable Jumptech to manage the data requirements including company profiles from a single CMS, we built a Restful API integration between WordPress and their platform. Integrating WooCommerce handled stock control of the products assigned to each company profile, relevant to their offering. Integrating address Lookup eased user experience whilst WebHook integration sent booking data live to Jumptech’s software.
The system was built to provide Jumptech with the ability to manage the system via the CMS. This included the ability to create a company profile which would trigger creation of a unique landing page URL, upload company and partner logos, assign colours to company profiles, set the products and preferred installation partners of each company and edit all content including reviews.
Our development of the platform has empowered Jumptech to extend the reach of their technology and their brand, supporting their ambitious growth strategy into the next phase of their development.
