Lead generation for a game-changing software business
HubBox is a software solution that empowers e-retailers of all sizes – not just the big brands – to integrate the local pickup delivery model into their solutions. As a result, consumers have the freedom to collect their parcels at a safe place, at their convenience, more cheaply than paying for doorstep delivery. The company is growing in popularity in the US and UK, and counts major carriers Evri, DPD and UPS among those that have integrated HubBox into their offering.
It’s a game-changing piece of software. The challenge? HubBox needed a website that allowed for the business to grow and for customers and carriers to understand the product and opportunity.
We defined the approach over two phases. The first was to deliver a new website to attract new and returning customers. The second part takes that traffic and develops lead nurture activities that convert more of the visitors into clicks. Our goal? To create 25 leads per month across all channels.
The largest deliverable was a new website, set for launch in spring 2023. The plan pulled on the integrated skills and expertise of many service lines, including: creative and brand, design/UX/development and content/SEO. Together, we set out to:
• Define a core value proposition, mission statement and style guide for HubBox
• Build a new website layered with user journey mapping to bring users to the site
• Increase the depth and quality of content with an integrated SEO and content strategy
• Convert more traffic into leads via an improved user experience.
