Custom Heat

Custom Heat is an independent family run heating and plumbing business that has built up a trusted reputation in the supply of heating, air con, renewables and plumbing since 1980. Custom Heat is expanding rapidly, in new locations and with new branches of the business; pushing out into Renewables, Electrical, Plumbing and Bathroom fitting and Building Services.

With a rapid expansion in their sights, but not forgetting their bread and butter, our task for Custom Heat was to build a marketing strategy that supports that growth while maintaining and supporting their day-to-day business within the Midlands. Visibility and awareness is key in an overly saturated market and our PR strategy has enhanced Custom Heat’s name in the Midlands.

We’d noticed that the existing website was being negatively impacted by the business growth, and so the next focus is to branch the site into multisites.
