Wavensmere Homes approached StrategiQ to ensure its new brand was successfully launched online with an inaugural website.
Wavensmere Homes specialise in unique renovation projects; restoring historic buildings to their former glory and transforming them into extraordinary developments.
We were tasked with creating an online experience; portraying Wavensmere Homes as an established business that produces more than just individual developments. As a result, the brand and website needed to instil confidence in the user and showcase its teams’ wealth of experience to prospective customers who are considering purchasing an available property.
We knew that in order for the website to be a success it was important to take Wavensmere’s three most important user personas into account. The resulting sitemap was created to aid the user-flow, and the site now directs visitors to one of the following three main calls-to-action:
New Stock/Development Customers – Upon browsing the website, these users are directed onto the relevant development website without losing the confidence instilled through the Wavensmere brand.
Business Card Users – Partners, suppliers, vendors, job applicants and recruiters now have easy access to the team of directors and the Wavensmere office contacts through clear and considered calls-to-action.
Land Acquisition – Land owners who may have land available are now able to easily make contact and initiate conversation with Wavensmere about the land available to them.
Our discovery process has allowed us to really understand Wavensmere’s business needs.
This website, combined with the development of the brand and marketing strategy, has enabled us to develop a really strong relationship with the client.
We are now supporting Wavensmere Homes to evolve its brand through design, social media, photography, print and digital communications around its individual developments.
