We knew that in order for the website to be a success it was important to take into account their three most important user personas. The resulting sitemap was created to aid the user-flow, and the site now directs visitors to one of the following three main calls-to-action:
New Stock/Development Customers – Upon browsing the website, these users are directed onto the relevant development website without losing the confidence instilled through the Wavensmere brand.
Business Card Users – Partners, suppliers, vendors, job applicants, and recruiters now have easy access to the team of directors and the Wavensmere office contacts through clear and considered calls-to-action.
Land Acquisition – Land owners who may have land available are now able to easily make contact and initiate conversation with Wavensmere about the land available to them.
