With data direct from Compagnie Financière Tradition – one of the world’s largest Inter-Dealer Brokers – their extensive product suite and global coverage allow them to tailor data packages to meet the individual business needs of their clients.
Upon internal reflection, the team approached StrategiQ to reposition themselves within the market; their unique offering, competitive edge and strong sales pipeline were beginning to deteriorate and their website was not fit for purpose or reflective of the entrepreneurial spirit and ambitious trajectory of the business.

Finally, develop internal engagement, pride and culture – developing a brand that internal teams can buy into, feel part of, and understand their role in, to help deliver the vision.

To build the strong foundations needed to achieve TraditionData’s vision of becoming the number one provider of quality OTC data globally, our team got under the skin of the business as part of our Customer Experience audit.Â
We completed a customer and data map to highlight how and why customers use each page on their website and interact with the business. Touchpoints were integrated, their SalesForce CRM was integrated and a transformation of their infrastructure was completed as a result of our discovery.Â
Our SEO audit benchmarked efforts against competitors and unearthing gaps and opportunities in brand visibility.
After defining why TraditionData exists, its values, tone of voice and identity; we presented a refreshed brand that truly defines what makes the business unique and provider detailed guidelines on it’s use.
Using our new customer insights, we have developed a brand-led, SEO-optimised website that harnesses modern development practices to drastically improve technical performance.Â
It positions TraditionData as the knowledge source for pre-trade intelligence and post-trade validation via a product finder and matrix area. The WordPress site now delivers a better user experience with simple and logical navigation throughout with site and provides an easy-to-use, flexible CMS system that can be managed by the in-house marketing team.
In addition, we also completed a GA4 Migration to ensure we continue to optimise the site based on accurate data tracking each customer’s journey.
