Timber merchant Thorogood prides itself on the quality of their product, and that gave us the perfect starting point when it came to reworking the company’s website and brand identity.
To ensure everything aligned with Thorogood’s heritage and core values, our team spent a day at the company’s HQ to understand the business and speak to the people within it. This helped shape the brand and content, allowing us to tell the Thorogood story in a way that resonated with the target audience.
Following the discovery phase and initial branding process, our video team set about capturing the Thorogood story. We knew it was important to show how approachable the personalities at Thorogood are, while visually demonstrating the quality of the product. This meant incorporating some of the employees at key points to talk about the Thorogood process.
Quality shines through in Thorogood’s new website, which blends strong UX with an original, contemporary brand identity. Both ourselves and the client are delighted with the result, and we are now working closely with Thorogood on additional marketing activity, as well as ongoing print and brand design.
