StrategiQ was appointed to develop a brand and website that distinguished Mortgagemove from its competitors. We defined and created a website that both visually and functionally positioned its business as a ‘problem solver’, offering a reliable, high-quality, customer-focused service.
In the three months since launch, Mortgagemove has enjoyed an upsurge in traffic; disrupting the industry whilst providing customers with the support they need.
We evolved the brand and built a platform underpinned by the client’s business objectives, conscious of every stage of the user journey, whether an end customer or national partner.
We wanted to evolve the existing brand mark to encompass the simplicity and clarity of Mortgagemove’s service offering, as well as the software and technology that underpins the business.
Using emotive imagery and clear trust signals provided by the positive reviews of previous customers, the website was designed to take each user through a specific sales cycle. Visitors could see the key differentiators of Mortgagemove, use the free site tools and be reassured of the company’s expertise before being guided to get in touch with an agent.
The result was a near immediate uptake in calls and form submissions from the ever-growing visitor base.
