Established in 2017, Mohari is a global real estate assets investment company with a specific focus on the global luxury hospitality sector, currently with a handful of key investments in Europe, the Middle East and the Americas.
It was paramount that the new website conveyed trust, loyalty, and the experience and knowledge that Mohari enjoys within the industry. The site also needed to inspire and emotionally connect to Mohari’s target demographic; allowing them to visualise their investment and appeal to the high-flying lifestyle and opportunities available to them.
As a result, a key element in the development of the website was to provide influential and wealthy investors with a range of luxurious and ethical investment opportunities on a global scale. We therefore began by highlighting these opportunities in a range of ways; primarily by showcasing Mohari’s previous portfolio of work.
To achieve this, the site uses high-end photography to sell Mohari’s investment possibilities to potential investors. In particular, the homepage and portfolio pages focus on inspiring imagery, using Mohari’s project work to sell the luxury lifestyle associated with each one. The copy remains concise yet inviting, to allow the imagery to breathe and remain the focal point of the pages.
Given Mohari’s target demographic of professionals constantly on the move, it was also important that the designs translated across to mobile and tablet devices perfectly. For this we readdressed the page functionality of transitioning from left and right to a traditional vertical scroll.
Mohari now has a website that underpins and portrays its high-end and luxury business, without losing its ethos of protecting and enhancing the people and environment around each of its projects.
