StrategiQ was appointed by Generator Group of Companies to refresh the property development’s identity to one more representative of its quality and target audience, with the objective of driving property sales. Our team refreshed everything from the styling, imagery and website through to all marketing materials both on and offline.
We formulated a full sales funnel marketing strategy incorporating key audience identification and targeting to drive enquiries, brochure downloads and property viewings. With detailed segmentation across paid advertising and email nurturing activities, we have increased awareness and engagement using the power of video and social media to inspire and support buyers throughout the sales journey.
The original brand identity we inherited did not effectively represent the quality or exclusivity of the property portfolio, nor did the marketing materials appeal to the audiences most suited to the buyer profiles. StrategiQ’s branding team refreshed the development identity and created a style guide more in keeping with our client’s objectives. This was subsequently applied to every channel across its marketing mix.
An integrated marketing strategy was devised to complement the broad range of buyer profiles identified and how they make informed decisions. Working in close partnership with Savills (the appointed sales agents), we devised a delivery strategy that encompasses the entire sales journey through from awareness generation to booking of viewings, reservations, and ultimately sales.
