JMS Group provides solutions for every construction problem, approaching each project with a view to leaving a legacy in constructed environments. Rather than focussing on the ‘now’, JMS engineers solutions that will help shape the future.
We were approached by JMS to improve consistency within the company. The goal was to deliver the tools that would enable JMS to engage, focus and motivate all current and future employees – the theory being that if all employees were inspired by the brand’s mission and values, they would behave, communicate and perform consistently. This would in turn result in a strong brand that goes far beyond a logo and visual identity.
Our first step was to identify JMS’ core values and strengths. Through our discovery process, brand consultation and a series of questions, we were able to identify the company’s ‘Why’, ‘How’ and ‘What’.

With these in mind, our design and content teams set out to engineer the brand propositions that would comprehensively tell the JMS story.
Once these were approved by the client, our development team was introduced to aid our design team and build a new website that would communicate JMS’ new identity.
The result: a new-found confidence – “we find ways to get projects built, regardless of size, scope and complexity” – and a team that is committed to the core values of the business.
