Over the years, we’ve helped this quintessentially British brand with all aspects of their digital marketing, working closely with their marketing managers in both an advisory and delivery capacity.
More recently, we embarked on a new ecommerce website project, working closely with British Standard's in-house designers to achieve their creative vision. Working within the constraints of the Magento platform, while doing our best to incorporate some fairly challenging design ideas, we invested more than 2,000 hours in discovery, user experience, development and testing prior to launch to ensure the project ran smoothly.
The site is faster, slicker and more secure than ever, which is allowing us to launch the next stage of the strategy on a far more robust platform. The site has already yielded a conversion rate improvement of 58%.
