As an Account Manager at StrategiQ you are responsible for the day-to-day running of your client accounts. You’re their first point of contact in the agency and are responsible for making sure their business needs are met through the work we deliver for them. You work with all of the key functions in the agency, solving problems, keeping us to the scope of work and driving briefs through.
You own the relationship between your clients and the agency, guiding them to the most effective marketing solutions for their business problems and being their voice internally
You’ll be accountable for ensuring our teams understand the client brief and that the work we present back to clients will achieve their goals. You’ll look for new opportunities for growth with our existing clients, leveraging the full spectrum of integrated marketing channels offered by StrategiQ to build indispensable partnerships.
1- 5 years of relevant client services / marketing experience in an account management role, or similar is a necessity for this role.
