The Account Manager is responsible for the satisfaction of clients and the results of their campaigns. You will be organised, diligent and results-focused, as one of the go-to individuals within the agency for advice and expertise in all areas of client management. As the lead contact on your designated client accounts, you will be directly accountable for results across integrated marketing channels.
Working closely with the wider marketing team you will ensure your strategy is aligned with the client goals and campaign objectives outlined in their strategy document. You will harness the expert knowledge of the wider team and manage delivery to ensure that momentum is not lost on your client projects.
