Applied Acoustics
Improving efficiencies and reimagining brand
The Problem
Faced with a disparate digital landscape of four websites, the new Sales and Marketing Manager came to StrategiQ in March 2020 seeking support and insight to devise a strategy that would drive results with improved efficiency.
Following a successful three-year’s of marketing activity with StrategiQ, seeing a 38% YoY increase in marketing revenue, applied acoustics were looking to streamline their business and revamp the website back to their original brand.
The Solution
We undertook an audit of their current digital estate, highlighting key opportunities for organic growth. We found a growing opportunity to take advantage of the success of ‘applied acoustics’ as a brand. Not only this but a wider opportunity to increase visibility in key areas, products and services.
Our goal has been to promote the value of applied acoustics and drive awareness of the brand with core audiences, to enable customers to seamlessly view, understand and purchase products. In doing so, we have seen an increase of 37.7% in website traffic, along with a 630% increase in KPIs, from launch to our latest website updates. In four years, we have seen their turnover increase by 373%.
User Experience continues to drive applied acoustics to diversify both its business entities and digital presence. Through developing clear User Journeys for each key audience, we demonstrated that a single site designed to provide the appropriate User Experience (UX) for each key audience would provide a more powerful and efficient digital engine to power their online presence and enable their promotion.
