StrategiQ Social Media DevelopHER Competition T&Cs 

• The StrategiQ  prize draw will run from the 14/11/2024 until 21/11/2024 at 11:59pm. 
• The winner will be drawn at random on the 22/11/2024 from LinkedIn with one winner selected. 
• To enter the competition, DevelopHER attendees must post about the DevelopHER awards on LinkedIn with the hashtag #DevelopHER and tag StrategiQ under @StrategiQ on LinkedIn. 
• The promoter of this prize draw is StrategiQ, Unit 16, Brightwell Barns, Ipswich Road, Brightwell, Suffolk, IP10 0BJ. (“StrategiQ”) a company registered in England and Wales, Company Registration Number 08642588.
• Entry to the prize draw is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. 
• Entry is open to attendees of the DevelopHER awards, excluding StrategiQ employees. Entrants must also be over 18. 
• The prize will be as follows: A half day spa for 2 at Kesgrave Hall Spa.
• Please note that we will never ask our selected winners to provide bank details via social media or “register” for prizes they have already won. 
• The prize will be sent within 7 working days. However, in some instances, there may be a delivery waiting period of up to 2-4 weeks. 
• Entrants must only enter in their own name and the promoter reserves the right to request proof of DevelopHER attendance. If no suitable proof is provided, the winner will forfeit the prize. 
• One random LinkedIn entry will be chosen using wheelofnames.com to determine the competition winner.
• Prizes are as stated, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes. 
• Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner from our LinkedIn account or from our CPO, Sarah Smith. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions within 30 days from the winner(s) being announced, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.
• Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize. 
• The winner agrees to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by StrategiQ relating to any post-winning publicity. 
• By entering this competition, your personal details may be passed on to third parties. 
• By entering this prize draw you are also agreeing to be contacted by StrategiQ for marketing and sales purposes. 
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these rules at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
• The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
