September flew by in a whirlwind, and it feels like just yesterday we were hosting our #ValueCreationConference with our team, clients, partners, and friends.
The conference left the whole team feeling energised and inspired ready to take on the rest of the month and our client projects.
With that momentum, we’re excited to celebrate this month’s MVP, highlighting those who’ve gone above and beyond their roles to help both the business and our clients thrive.
Before we announce this month’s winner, let’s shine a light on those who stood out from the crowd:
Let’s kick things off by giving a huge shoutout to our CEO, Andy Smith, for making this year’s conference our best yet!
“September’s MVP, for me, can only go to one person… almost as an accumulative vote over many, many months of genuine brilliance… in leadership, vision and bravery. To have the foresight to move our brand and our agency forward in the way that Andy has – galvanising the team, making a huge investment and being bold enough to propel us into a new era – is truly inspiring. I think it’s probably easy for us to take for granted the effort, dedication, insight, innovation and sheer heart that goes into leading this agency – but I am very proud to be part of it. Our Creative Executive, Olivia Phillips has been making waves throughout the agency with her creative thinking and stand out campaign concepts:
“I am voting for Liv this month as I have had the pleasure of seeing firsthand how her weird brain works! Her thinking is really making campaigns come to life and I think my work is personally benefiting from her input. Keep up the good work and push for that Cannes Lions Award!”
Though he’s only been with us for a short time, our Marketing Intern, Nirmal Joe, has had an outstanding few months and has been applauded for his brilliant attention to detail.
“This may be a bold statement – however, I’m not sure I can remember anyone in the business having the level of quality and positive feedback that Nirmal has had in his first 2 months with us. He has simply smashed every ball out of the park that has come his way, at the first time of asking. This is beyond the day job too – because some of the work Nirmal is smashing simply shouldn’t be smashed this early into his journey with us. This can only happen because of the level of care, attention to detail and the extra R&D that he is completing. You have absolutely earned a duvet day and a meal out. Keep it up Nirmal!”
Our amazing Head of SEO, Leona Storet-Slythe, is driving her team to success with her energy and mission to take over the SEO world.
“She’s just a sparkly motivational machine! Best day, best live, best colleague ever! I honestly don’t know how she fits in all the work she does into a 5 day week. She is on top of every client, knows each one inside out and always has time for any questions and is the first one to help out others in need. No task is too big or small and she does it all with a beaming smile on her face. Amazing Head of SEO and she always takes full “Leonaship” of everything! Smashing it gurl!”
Finally, a big congratulations to our September MVP, our Head of Project Management, Bridget Parfitt!
Though she hasn’t been with us long, Bridget’s passion and commitment to growing the Project Management team has been recognised throughout the entire agency.
“Bridget is truly deserving of MVP this month. She’s an absolute dream to work with—always calm, composed, and ready to assist whenever needed. Despite the constant influx of projects in the production team, she effortlessly keeps everything organised and always knows what’s happening.
