New strategy investment pays off
Fleximize is a multi-award-winning digital business lender committed to delivering flexible finance solutions for UK SMEs. Since their launch in 2014, they have assisted numerous businesses across various sectors, including professional services and hospitality. Flexibility is a core element of their offerings, with all of their loans featuring top-ups, repayment holidays, and no early settlement fees.
To boost direct loan applications, we implemented a multi-faceted strategy aimed at positioning Fleximize as the trusted partner for larger SMEs. The role of performance in this strategy was to firstly improve the visibility of performance marketing data and secondly to build an experimentation plan to drive higher conversion rates and enhance lead quality through data-driven insights. In Paid Media, we targeted financial solutions through Google Ads and built brand awareness with LinkedIn Ads, emphasising how loans can drive business growth. For Customer Experience, we upgraded the Dotdigital preference centre, optimised data structures, redesigned the email sign-up process, and developed segmentation models and contact scoring. Our SEO efforts focused on elevating primary keywords to top 10 Google rankings through dedicated product pages and improved site navigation. These strategies aim to establish Fleximize as a trusted partner for larger SMEs and increase direct loan applications.
